 This one us obviously based off Your Lie in April, so spoilers ahead.

Tears on His Piano 

A pianist and a violinist, a match made in heaven. When he saw her on that April day. His eyes glowed in awe, by her beauty. While she'd stands high playing for the kids. 

She'd fooled him in thinking she was in love with someone else. She'd lie to him, but he didn't know that, until it was too late. She'd pushed him to play, but he couldn't hear the notes.

And now there's tears on his piano. Can't hear what he's playing. His tears fall on the keys while he plays.

She gets ill from a disease. She can't walk, she falls on into the floor. He's in pain and in love with her. He doesn't know the lie she told. 

And now there's tears on his piano. He cries for her love. His tears fall on the notes. 

He reads a letter from her. She tells him she lied to him, she loved him all along. Now dead, the pain he bares is a lot more than he knows. 

And now there's tears on his piano. The tears fall on the notes, when he thinks of her. And now there's tears on his piano. Tears fall on the notes when he thinks of her.
